Where did our guild chat texts go before the new season?

So today is the start of the new season, so it takes 5 minutes (as usual) for the game to reload. Before the reload occurred I was sending texts to my guild. Then after the reload finished and the new season began, all of my texts in the past 8 hours have been rubbed off. Has this happened before?

Yeah, I think this is the way it is. They do a bit reset of your inbox at the start of each championship season.

I think they also purge out messages after a few days as well. I'm not sure how many days you can keep a message in your in box, but it's not more than a handful of days.
