The Exiles are looking for 4 new teams

Firstly we are an extremely active guild. Our two most inactive members have sent around 100 kits this season, from there the most active around 700 to 800 (day 9).

Secondly, we are good. Almost three quarters of our guild come first in our respective championships on a regular basis. We don't win all our GCs but our record so far is 49 W 2 D 6 L (we are currently about to lose to the Fire of Dragons guild - largely because our leader and heaviest hitter regrettably decided to retire from the game immediately before the start of the challenge and after the pairing - it would have been really close otherwise. He will be missed).

Thirdly, we are not fussy what level you are at, provided you come top 3 in your championships and are keen to improve.

Fourthly, we are an international guild. Our main language is English but a number of other languages can be accommodated if need be. We love an international atmosphere and welcome different input from around the world and approaches to the game, whether you buy players with money, train hard or restock seasonally from the auctions. If it works, it works.

Fifthly, we have a WhatsApp group where we have shared useful development tools like training priorities for each player position and other strats. We talk strats a lot in the in-game chat too so the WhatsApp group is optional (but beneficial). We also just socialise a lot in the in-game chat.

Lastly, we like to get members from the lowest levels involved in the guild challenges so try to give them a fair run at realistic targets instead of just blitzing the easy targets and leaving them in the cold. We have teams from all levels (40s right down to 14), although the majority of us are in the 20s and 30s.

If you like the sound of that and think you fit the bill, please look us up in the guild search The Exiles (with 'The').

Looking forward to seeing you.

Thanks mate and thanks for the Guild Challenge. You guys were always looking strong from the start, just a shame we couldn't get one or two closer We enjoyed the challenge, you have a really nice active guild, some serious talent and a decent setup from what I saw. Good luck to you guys too!

Hi Guys,

Just bumping this back up as we are still in need of 4 teams since 2 of our long-standing members have retired.

Since the initial post we have created a facebook group to share strategies and information on the inhouse competition we have been running for 3 seasons now. The inhouse competition sees the guild split into 3 leagues initially based on level, but with a relegation and promotion system in place at the end of each season. It lasts about a week each season with just the one game played each day for each team, making it relatively burden-free in terms of commitment. A handicap system is operated to even the playing field somewhat - based on level. The competition is fierce and teams that play hard and turn up and use their subs are rewarded most, even against teams higher up. We use an external fixturelist site to design the competition and generate the leagues, fixtures and tables.

Aside from that, we do have some genuine quality in our guild. Not wishing to blow my own trumpet, but in our last challenge against Fire of Dragons (a guild that consistently beats us in challenges, but never by a huge margin), I was able to beat the leader - a level 56 player. I am level 31 (obviously I was lucky enough to catch him offline, otherwise no chance, but a proud achievement for me nonetheless). I also took out a level 49 player in my other challenge. None of us have ever knowingly used MB to my knowledge and we are all keen strategists and competitors. Many in our guild punch way above our weight as a result. A fellow leader mentioned the other day that he is now defending mid-40s teams in ranking challenges while offline with quite some regularity. He is level 31 too. A number of us are really keen rugby fans in real life also, some still playing in fact, so there is plenty of decent banter in the chat.

If this is the kind of environment that you like the sound of, if you enjoy an international atmosphere and especially if you are very competitive, please feel free to look us up and play any of the leaders for an invite.

Due to recent retirements, we need 5 new members. We are keen for loyal players of lvl 40+ and fan base of 140.000+.

We plan to develop the guild, crack the top 100, then onwards and upwards to the top.

Lots of top players at various lvls, lots of chat and support.

Play a leader for an invite.

Made fordis, start your own topic, you are recruiting on someone else's recruitment thread. Just rude.
