Hi!

Is there a strategy instruction where I can set where pass the ball when there is a free kick situation? My team always passes to a a wingback, and I don't like this

The marking range (in players instructions) is very important to avoid back passing.
It defines the range around the player. If an opponent is in this range, the player is marked and the ball owner will not pass the ball to him.
Set a high marking range to your defenders, and a very low to your attackers.
