I emailed sweet nitro 2-3 days ago because I was charged 5 bucks for the championship upgrade and never got it. No response, upgrade that I purchased or refund. Horrible customer support.

Same thing happened to me. Support would not refund me or give me upgrades I paid for. Extremely slow response and they would not refund me. I’m reporting them to those with authority. What a rip-off game.
