Coach qBaLL :
A 160* player wouldn't be a developing player, it would be a fully developed player...where would the fun be in everybody having maxed out players at every level?
Max Filbey :
Patch is ok.
Only issue i see is as I move up in playing levels the are no equivalent level players in Auction apart from the occasional 29 year old. If your playing level allwows for 180* players it would be good to have 160* players in Auction to develop which are 18ys or so to give you a chance at being a bit competitive.

I agree not having them maxed out, but left with room for development. It takes hundreds of training session to increase ability but only a few * and now with limited training matches it is hard to catch up to strong teams.

How do you end up with 200* players when most players in Auction have a low development %?

I think the ranking system is good. I like it.
But in order to encourage members to play, a reward is necessary.
Something like "the higher position", the player earn more coins or heal kits or money. You could classify in different levels, e.g. 1-100 will get 1000 coins, 100-1000 get 500 coins.... The periodicity could be every season.
Furthermore, the player must have a minimum of matches in the season, such 10 matches, in order to earn the coins.

The problem with the new update is that in friendlies and training matches home and online advantage is huge. This means the home online player will always win all other things being equal.

If you are being challenged in training games and win ( or even lose) why not give the away team some training cones (or experience). That way one gets to have many training games per day. (At the cost of fans if they lose)
This would solve the issue of those moaning about limited training games and those moaning about being challenged more than 5 times a day (ie me).
Ps: away training experience could always be less than home training experience. But at least it's some consolation for being challenged more than 10 times in a day.

This is also a good idea because it would act as the reward for being ranked higher. The higher ranked you are the more likely you are to be challenged. And that is especially true for the top 10 and would make people fight even more to get up there.

I like this idea i have managed to get myself in the top 4000 so being only a 82 star team i get challenged a fair bit as most teams around me are now 100 plus

Has the new ranking system effected how guild challenges are selected or is it just because of the time of year?

I can now categorically state that unfortunately this latest update is flawed. Revamping the training game system was a good idea but now it is ruined by the restriction on only five games per day.
Or rather, the restriction on playing only five times but being vulnerable to being challenged unlimited times, as I think was suggested earlier in the thread. Being whacked for over 1,000 fans several times a day and not being practically able to recover them all is a depressing state of affairs.
Please can the devs rethink this quickly?
