When I get on my device the app freezes almost every time and i have to log out and log back in can you guys help fix it?

The reply I received was maybe my operating system was out of date, but to make sure all other windows that may be minimized are closed out. But my advice, submit a ticket about this. I did, and at least they gave me 10 gold balls trying to rectify the situation. Oh well, it was something. Not much, but something...
