since the new change a player even with 0% dribble rate (striker) still dribbles everytime he got the ball

Why can't we know when changes are made to the game - and what these changes are. You are very correct, recently the game has been different.

This is getting annoying and alot of players leave because of this.

I made the test and haven't seen the problem.
With dribble rate 0% on my attackers, they always pass and there is no comment "X dribble Y", and with dribble rate 100% they never pass and I got a lot of comments "X dribble Y".
Same with kick distance, with 100% they kick from out of the penalty area, and with 0% they wait to enter the goal area to shoot. Small details on this parameter : if there is absolutely no one around him, the player will continue to run toward the goal even with a high kick distance (because there no reason to risk a long shoot).
