added a load of training points on rating didn't move ?

Hi I was 162.01 before this putting on my points I then added some training pts of which I'd saved and went to see the increase to be still the same rated? can anyone explain what has gone wrong as I know have lost my training pts and didn't move up?

The training pts I lost was between 5-8 pts a player

If you added 5 points to every player you would have only gone up .2. There may be a delay and that is a small amount of points so the impact would be negligible
