It would be great to be able to put in an entire B side in for a match without having to switch out 15 players each time. A "First XV" button and a "Second Side" button in the stategy screen perhaps?

Absolutely; I have no idea who my substitutes are or who will go on in the event of an injury.
It would be easier if you could see all your players in order of position as well rather than the first squad you started out with and all the 'bought' players at the bottom of your roster.
