I don't know for sure but guess continually pushing the boundaries in the forum and repeatedly derailing threads
Where sanctions are given there is the facility to state the reason for that sanction for the information of the recipient. If this was not done then I suggest he submits a ticket. I did not apply this sanction so cannot help further. I think that deals with the issue.notwithstanding that the forum is not the place to discuss individual sanctions applied to others.
