Handing over leadership of a Guild

I hope I can be advised here, I lead a Guild and I am proud to do so, however a change my circumstances means that I am struggling to give it the attention it deserves. My question is, how can I hand over leadership of the Guild and still remain a member of it?

Leave your guild and then rejoin

Yeah, you have to make your designated successor the top Right Hand (perhaps by making him/her the only one), then leave - the RH becomes the new leader. You can then rejoin.
