I'm noticing that there is a lowering in activity. I can't help but see it only happens the closer somebody gets to level 13 stadium. I suggest you look at reducing the build times and increase earnings somehow. There are players that don't have the money to spend to buy gold balls with cash and to lose so many active players just makes the game boring.
