Pass Delay not working

I have a folder with the setting for Pass Delay at 2 seconds. But when I run a play from that folder I get no pass delay; it's the same as my 0 second pass delay plays. It also did it when I was making the plays and then tested them - no pass delay during the test run. I have not tried any other delay settings.

What's your pass speed set to?

Its at 70% for that folder. Could it have been the pass risk? I had it at 100%. I tried some different settings on pass speed, but it had no affect on pass delay. When I lowered the pass risk to 50% it appeared to give me the 2 second delay. At least in the test runs.

Judd, sorry to have left first of all. Secondly I've used only a 1 second delay on pass plays, with a 55% pass spd and 5% pass risk. I'd go as rule of thumb of 1% of risk per 1% of pass speed past 50%. I use that in my pass/ run offensive folder setup. It's works for me, however I just depends on a lot of things.
