How do I get more formations and new players

Players are in auction house when you build it. Not sure about new formations. I'm very new still

I think we are limited to the ready made formations and player packages right now.

Defense can completely change their formation. Offense is limited to the three pre-defined set-ups but you can tailor movement directions and specify a target.

A formation is a play in American football personally wouldn't mess unless you know what your doing which I don't so can't really help
