They are the total points for a Guild that has at least 3 teams ranked in the top 100 players, 100 points for 1st place, 99 for 2nd, etc. This ranking system was put together by a player called Black Monks before the "new" GC ranking system was introduced. I was so bored that I thought I would resurrect it.
