Did anyone else notice notice SW seems to have changed the mechanics of what happens if you don't have enough money in the bank to pay wages?

Seems now your players will take cash away from SS bids to meet payments and possibly cancel building projects to get the cash if needed

just an update, its now been confirmed that if you don't have enough cash in the bank, or in a sports shop bid to pay wages, ALL buildings being upgraded are cancelled and money returned to your bank minus the wage payment
