As you progress up the leagues, it gets more difficult to recruit decent players. You spend ages training your young guys up and then have to sell them because the retirement age is looming.
What are everyone else's thoughts? Personally I think 31 is too young - there aren't that many pro players that retire that early. I think 35 is a more realistic age
