The fact that players retire so early is stuffing the game up.
Increase the retirement age to 35 or make one year 2 seasons.
The idea I have is to create an extra building called a pharmacy.
As the level go up the slower the aging process of your player.
When you reach lv 20 let a player age 1 year over 3-4 seasons
