Tournament not progressing to next round

I've entered a tournament and the first round of games have been played, however it seems to have stalled and the next round hasn't been played.

same here, I am also in a tournament, quarter final matches have been played but not progressing to semi finals, which should have been played yesterday...

Same here. I won the first round match yesterday but it hasn't gave me my reward for winning or set up the next round.
