Are the dates for the changeover on the 1st and 15th of each month? Or are they the dates of the first day of the championships?

In other words is the changeover today or tomorrow?

Yes I assumed so. I am out of the country at present but still have my clock set to GMT anyway. It happened on the dot too! I had just enough time to do what i needed to do before changeover. Thanks!
