I have been deprived of money without receiving what I paid for, I really want to vent my spleen at someone, we are talking over £70 here, and I am required to wait up to 48 hours? Bollocks, the money left my account within 48 seconds and after 5 messages to the "owners" I am still unable to put "MY" payment to any use. To put it very politely I AM extremely F***ing p*ssed off.

Contact Google, apple and/or your bank/credit card company. All are able to assist if you can prove the issues. However, if you were trying the buy multiple players with multiple open browsers trick to avoid the increased prices you will struggle to get a refund.
