I noticed a significant difference when I paid from 70 to 90 % moral. Or at least I think I did. # illusion

No illusion, a lot of vet players tell me that you'll see better results at 90-100% morale. Granted the finance building upgrades are important, but as you gain more players you'll actually be in debt. But my rule of thumb is better happy than rich. You can always offset the difference money wise if your money makers make enough to cover.

PierrotLL :
During a game, every players skills are multiplied by (0.5 + energy * 0.25 + moral * 0.25 + match_bonus)

So is the "Water Bottle" not factored in?
So where does the "Strategy Building" come into play then.

I think both Gear and Strat bonus comes in later. So maybe it might be (0.5 + E * 0.25 + M * 0.25 + MB) + (G + ST) ? I'm not sure how the math formula works out.

Play at 100% moral, no question and dont bother upgrading the finance building till the end its a poor return on investment. you are better to upgrade shops and snacks to pay the wages you get more bang for your buck that way. If you dont believe me just do the math.
