Click on the player, and open the tab "Transfer" in his profile.

Nihat, if you follow Pierre's instruction you'll see on that window a tab that says "Sell -10" - click on the sell tab then okay then the player will go in the market..

"Sell -10" puts the player on the market then...

- for how long? - and at what price?

Do all player auctions start at 1 in this game?
and is there any option to vary the length of the auction?

no starts at zero and if your lucky you might get something for him

The auction lasts for 24 hours at the end of which, if no one bought your player, he is removed from your team.

Is there an "accepted time of day" (or even day of the week? - ie weekends being quieter or busier) to achieve the best price for players?
