Upgrade your toughness, set your rythm to 70% max and set hands off aggressiveness to 60% max, make sure your players isnt to tired (under 60%) and lastly try to do stretch excersise just before games. If you check all these things you wont get injuries and if you do get a injury the recovery time will be much shorter than 6 days. My players toughness are all maxed and i do all other things before a game, cant remember when last I had any injuries, can just remember last injury i had player was out for only 2 days
