Sorry but it hasn't been fixed, I've seen it happen to a few teams I've played against, myself and guild mates. Carshalton Colts can you confirm it has been fixed please?

Strategy might have something to do with the miss tackle but the fact that the player makes a bolt in the opposite direction I don't think is a strategy problem. It popped up only after the previous update.

This has little to do with tactics, but can be limited to a certain degree. Its a sporadic fault which comes and goes, and is still not fixed.
