I have 4 or 5 players with a red X by their name indicating an injury and unable to train, however their status says they are at 100% health and energy. What am i missing?

The infirmary shows a red X at 100%. I know, sounds ridiculous, but I figured I'd check the possibility.

i was in both the infirmary and training building when it happened,but now it is ok. Will the players unable to train if energy is low? I got the players' energy to 100% put the x's were still there and i left the game and came back and things were back to normal
