How can we recruit new players

Good evening sweet nitro!! Hope goes well i was wondering would it not be possible to help newcomer maybe start on level 20 buildings or just even reduce there time? I get the idea newcomers lost interest in the game because it takes then to long to build and upgrade buildings.

I posted this to Nitro this morning. I genuinely hope others do the same.

Subject - La Cag 2 & 3 cheating and match fixing.

I note that La Cag 2 and La Cag 3 fixed their GC match yesterday. The score was La Cag 0 vs 8 La Cag 3. They have many top players, have had for years, they have no need to do this, many are respected players. Their other opponents during the GC, they managed to win at least 20 games each match.

Those in La Cag 2 that did play, and there were not many, used a losing strategy. Their hope was that Academy Cymru lost or drew so that La Cag 3 would be promoted. Academy Cymru, my guild, won and topped the group for promotion.

La Cag 2 & 3 have been in the same GC league of the 4 teams et up for months now and they constantly fix their results, usually drawing.

I also see that a vast amount of their players have numerous visa players, yet they deliberately lose their league games, position themselves at the bottom of their respective league so they don’t get promoted and go up a level and more often than not this increases their chances of winning their Champions Cup final and they receive a free visa player. This keeps them at a low level, but they get stronger and stronger.

You have been allowing this for at least 2 years now. Don’t you realise players know this? Don’t you also realise that they are costing you revenue as honest players think what is the point? Additionally you charge them less for a visa player in euros than you charge UK players which is deplorable, unacceptable and unfair and you are destroying the game as honest players lose interest and feel cheated. Have you not seen the number of long standing loyal players just giving up, these will be top players who have spent fortunes with you over the years.

I have been playing your game for more than ten years. It is a great game. I gave up about 2 years ago, only coming back a month or so ago. I left because I reported the cheating to you, you acknowledged (one of the few times you did respond) the cheating, you promised to resolve it, and yet did nothing. You even requested I provide you real information and proof, which I did and you still did nothing. I don’t know about you, but I believe the point of a game is to win, not lose to improve your position in the game. Rugby is a game you play to win. The French have been cheating for many many years. It is a fact, undeniable. They will always find away to buck the system and get success.

Unless this French cheating and match fixing is not resolved, I will leave for good. I am currently spending £9.99 a week. That is an average of £43.29 a month.

Please advise me of your intentions. But here is an idea…..

Maybe you could create a coach academy role which can add additional skills, like fitness as an example, which you can purchase (more revenue for you) and if you reach the final stage of the Champions cup, you receive free coaching medals based on whether you reach the quarter, semi and final, to go towards your teams prowess and strength, this would compliment the Sports Shop.

But really for me, I wish you would actually respond with your thoughts. Failure to do so will prove to me you really do not care and I will leave the game for good. As will, I suspect, many others.

I have ensured this note is polite and courteous and I hope I will for the first time in well over ten years, I will receive a response that actually demonstrates you are receptive to ideas and do actually want to stamp out the cheating which will inevitably be losing you revenue
