I won a couple of players at the auction house they are on my roster but how do I substitue them into my actual lineup? it makes no sense benching a 26 star lb for 6 star lb and a 28 star rb for a 7 star rb

Constructive I think with such a large group of players, it takes ages to heal players energy levels, maybe you should have a select option and heal all or selected players with one press of heal.
